  • Make your own keychain from otherwise wasted material (the shells from the Oyster Bar) in a space made for transformation and experimentation.

  • Keychains are Gen-Z talismans, often constructed from found objects or personalized gems, showing how accessorizing can be an intuitive creative process.

  • Become a creator of your own Sabubu using all the different waste materials, making the participants co-designers of the workshop.

  • Discover how discarded materials can be transformed into functional design in this hands-on workshop led by Christian Dam, founder of DAMDAM Design.

  • Using reclaimed wood, you'll build your own unique stool while exploring the principles of circular design and resource-conscious craftsmanship.

  • No prior woodworking experience is required. All materials, tools, and guidance are provided, ensuring that every participant leaves with a one-of-a-kind piece of furniture — and a new perspective on the potential of upcycled materials.

  • Creative collective TrashGirls8000 brings an open clothing swap and upcycling space where festival guests can exchange garments, join stencil and fitting workshops, and discover creative alternatives to fast fashion.

  • By extending the life of textiles through local sharing, repair, and reuse, they turn global challenges into hands-on local action.

  • Participants are welcome to bring garments for swapping, but it is not required—TrashGirls8000 provides textiles, so everyone can take part.

WRITING WORKSHOP

  • Fiona Picard is the founder of Maison Verb — a creative writing studio in Copenhagen, leading workshops in English on fiction, creative nonfiction, and experimental writing.

  • Through a series of short, generative writing prompts, participants will explore how memories and experiences become part of our collective history. Together, they'll experiment with new ways of telling stories about the places they know and the lives they live, weaving fragments of memory into an archive for the future.

  • Maison Verb × MUJI notebooks and hats will be available for purchase at the workshop.
