With a focus on setting clear goals and achieving them alongside dedicated partners, we are delighted to gather experienced, innovative and dedicated partners and people for the first Trifolium IMPACT FESTIVAL in September.

Jonathan works at the intersection of communication, branding, business transformation, sustainability, activism, and the green transition. Yes, it’s a pretty crowded intersection. With a background spanning 18+ years in advertising and media incl. three years at VICE/Virtue, and five years shaping Ørsted’s global brand platform, he connects creativity, strategy, and sustainability in ways few others do.
In his consultancy, INTERLINKED, he helps organisations navigate and cut through complexity to make strategy work across silos. As a keynote speaker, he explores the UX challenge of the green transition.

Stejlepladsen er et projektselskab, der er ejet af By & Havn og PFA. Stejlepladsen har til formål at udvikle, projektere, opføre og udleje/sælge boliger på Stejlepladsens område, hvor der i alt opføres 870 boliger. Vores ambition er at opføre en ny bydel i tråd med områdets karakter og kultur og har derfor stor variation på arkitektur, farver, boligtyper mv. Af boligtyper kommer der bl.a. ungdomsboliger, små og store familieboliger, rækkehuse, seniorvenlige boliger, bofællesskaber samt almene boliger. Der er stor fokus på fællesskaber i den nye bydel samt integrationen med områdets eksisterende liv.
Der er for nuværende 5 fuldtidsansatte i Stejlepladsen hertil 4-6 tilknyttede konsulenter.
Jeg vil gerne deltage i IMPACT FESTIVAL, da jeg forhåbentlig kan bidrage med min viden inden for byudvikling, på en ”bæredygtig” måde.

‘Community Awareness in City Development’

I enjoy working with complex urban projects, especially transforming the existing city.
Presently I am managing several projects in Gladsaxe including building a bridge across a highway, a new school, kindergartens, sport facilities etc. to link different parts of the city together (physically, socially and mentally).
Previously I have been in charge of transforming two large industrial sites; Musicon in Roskilde and the Meatpacking District in Copenhagen. In both cases the transformation has been done in close collaboration with all stakeholders (public, private, commercial, cultural) – balancing different interests and utilizing available resources.
I don’t think that gentrification is bad per se, but that transformation opens new possibilities that can be utilized with good governance and an understanding of places and people.
I will be joining the IMPACT FESTIVAL because I enjoy a good discussion with interesting people about important topics.

At Pulp Factory, design is a response to one of today’s most pressing challenges: how to live sustainably in a world of limited resources. We develop furniture and lifestyle products that are accessible, biodegradable, and built for impermanence — embracing the natural cycles of time, use, and return; thus demonstrating the potential of regenerative design practice.
Our philosophy is grounded in the values of letting go, finding beauty in what fades, and understanding that every material belongs to a greater ecological cycle. Our aim is to design with the end in mind, ensuring each product can safely return to the earth when its life is complete.
Pulp Factory was founded to help consumers become active participants in a circular economy. By applying a material-driven design approach, we design products from waste paper. Through this approach, we bring waste paper back into the value chain.

Circue provides a one-point entry to circular decision-making in the construction sector. We collect, validate, and enrich data on existing building stock, embedded materials and embodied carbon. We use data to provide decision support for building owners and stakeholders in the circular construction value chain.

UN Global Compact Network Denmark is the official Danish network of the UN Global Compact – the world’s largest initiative for responsible business. The network brings together companies and organizations committed to working strategically with sustainability and responsibility, based on the Ten Principles covering human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption. With more than 600 participants in Denmark, the network serves as a platform for knowledge sharing, partnerships, and action. It offers inspiration, learning, and peer exchange to help Danish businesses and organizations turn the Sustainable Development Goals into concrete practices. As part of a global movement with over 20,000 participants in 160+ countries, the network plays a strong role in accelerating the green and just transition.
Founded in 2000 by the United Nations, the Global Compact is a call to action for businesses everywhere to align their operations with universal principles and take action to advance societal goals.

Startup Hub & Support is the Royal Danish Academy’s entrepreneurship program, developed to help students and recent graduates transform their ideas into viable businesses. The program provides guidance, mentoring, and support for anyone curious about entrepreneurship, whether they are just exploring an idea or already working on a startup project.

Each year, the Academy runs an incubator program for 12 carefully chosen startups. Participants gain access to the Academy’s workshops, enabling them to prototype, test, and refine their products and concepts. In addition, they receive business mentoring and workshops covering topics such as business development, fundraising, communication, and pitching. After six months at the Academy, the startups transitions to Trifolium, where they continue to grow in this professional and creative environment.
By combining creative practice with entrepreneurial skills, Startup Hub & Support strengthens the Academy’s innovation ecosystem and helps talented creatives develop sustainable businesses with cultural, social, and commercial impact.

Michael is the CEO of PropTech Denmark, a non-profit association that brings together leaders across the real estate ecosystem with a common purpose to drive sustainable innovation and digitalization within the industry. The 200+ members include significant real estate players and a large number of proptech startups and technology suppliers. Michael is a Chartered Director and has advised startups, impact organizations and change makers across five continents. He serves on a range of advisory boards including the Science, Innovation and Technology Expert Advisory Group at the Institute of Directors - and is a Co-Author of the timely guide AI in the Boardroom - as well as a range of other publications, including The Power of Facilitation. He also frequently speaks - and moderates debates - on these topics.

Viktor Zeuthen is a Danish environmental policy consultant and communications professional with more than a decade of experience in journalism, public affairs, and green transition. He has worked with political advocacy and stakeholder engagement at the industry organisation Danish Green Tech and as Head of Communications and Policy Director at STRING Secretariat, focusing on environmental technology, industrial policy, and infrastructure across borders in Northern Europe. With a background from Radio24syv and a Master’s degree in Learning and Innovative Change, Viktor combines communication skills with insight into how storytelling, regulation, and public discourse shape tipping points for systemic change.

Impact Insider is an online news media that publishes constructive journalism about how to measure and achieve social impact. The organization was founded in 2022 by Carsten Terp on the slogan Good Money Well Spent, foregrounding the need tomaximize the positive effects of the money we invest in solving social problems.
Today, Impact Insider is run in a collaborative partnership between Carsten Terp and Nikolaj Neven. Their editorial mission is to promote good solutions to difficult problems in order to help individuals and organizations fulfill their purpose and amplify their impact.

Impact Insider strives to participate in bringing about new and more meaningful ways to collaborate in and between our private, public, and civil sectors. This includes finding and sharing with readers and listeners inspiring examples of e.g., innovative partnerships or business models that put impact front and center.
I can think of no better antidote to the sense of despair that our contemporary condition might otherwise provoke than to engage directly with the wonderfully various people and organizations that work creatively with the challenges facing us.

Tuborgfondet supports projects that empower young people aged 16–30 to create positive societal change. With an annual budget of around DKK 130 million, it funds initiatives in four areas: youth in education and workplaces, ecosystems of green entrepreneurship, democratic participation, and emerging artist in rythmic music. Funding is provided through small grants (Dream grants) and larger multiannual project grants.
I'm joining IMPACT FESTIVAL to keep up with the latest trends within green entrepreneurship and to share how The Tuborg Foundation can support ecosystems in this area.

Each year, it empowers over 700 women from refugee or migrant backgrounds by providing essential digital skills for life, education, and work in Denmark. Offering courses from basic digital literacy to advanced training in AI, Cyber Security, and Cloud Computing, ReDI tailors learning journeys to individual ambitions. Vibe aims to break barriers and foster connections between talent and opportunity, believing that true diversity requires belonging, investment, and strong partnerships.
At ReDI School we join the IMPACT FESTIVAL because community and connection are not just buzzwords - they are the foundation for creating digital inclusion and unlocking overlooked talent. We also look forward to exploring new relations in Trifolium and the Sydhavn community, as we move in at Trifolium after the festival.

Finklusiv is a Danish social enterprise dedicated to financial inclusion for underbanked entrepreneurs. Since 2019, we have helped hundreds of small business owners, often with refugee or migrant backgrounds, gain access to business bank accounts and the financial services they need to start and grow their companies. We work closely with banks to understand their requirements and guide our clients through documentation, compliance, and business planning, ensuring a sustainable match between entrepreneurs and financial institutions.
In 2025, Finklusiv is expanding its mission by introducing social microcredits to Denmark, inspired by successful models across Europe and Canada. This initiative will provide flexible loans and tailored support to entrepreneurs excluded from traditional financing, enabling them to invest in their businesses and become self-sufficient. Our approach combines access to fair finance with mentorship, training, and a strong peer network - empowering diverse founders to overcome barriers and contribute to vibrant, inclusive local economies.

At IMPACT FESTIVAL I want to share how social microcredits can unlock the potential of underrepresented entrepreneurs and strengthen Denmark’s inclusive startup ecosystem.

‘The Impact of Art’

A Kassen is a Danish artist group known for their conceptual and often humorous approach to art. They work across a variety of media, including sculpture, installation, performance, and photography. A Kassen’s artistic practice primarily explores the relationship between form and content. Starting with an object or element – whether it’s an everyday item, a material like bronze, or something more ephemeral such as a puddle or a reflection – A Kassen engages in acts of construction and deconstruction.
Through reinterpretation and re-contextualization, they challenge our preconceived notions of the phenomena in question. Through their manipulations, A Kassen creates works intended to be viewed within the context of art and aesthetics. The question is not so much about what happens when these pieces are placed in an institutional art setting, but rather how our perception changes when we view ordinary or mundane objects through the lens of ‘art.’ In this process, the spectator plays a crucial role. We are conceived as an integral part of the artwork, becoming interpreters who add layers of meaning and understanding, thus reshaping the narratives of each piece.
As an artist working within an artist group I am interested communities, sharing ideas and thoughts, and that’s why I’m joining IMPACT FESTIVAL

Copenhagen Creative Partnership is a non-profit initiative working to secure space for culture and creativity in Copenhagen’s urban development. In response to rising rents and disappearing creative environments, the partnership brings together developers, municipalities, and cultural actors to embed creative functions—like theatres, studios, food production, and cultural hubs—into new city districts. Through pilot projects, netwrok and knowledge, it demonstrates how cultural infrastructure can create vibrant, inclusive neighborhoods and long-term value for both communities and investors.

I’m participating in the IMPACT FESTIVAL to highlight how culture and the creative industries can drive sustainable urban development—and to advocate for cities that make space for creative communities to thrive.

ARKEN is an international museum with a unique national mission and with strong local roots in the Vestegnen region west of Copenhagen. Surrounded by the sea, dunes and the beautiful Ishøj Beach Park, we host exhibitions, collect contemporary art, build communities through art dissemination, conduct research, and provide inspiring experiences of both art and nature. For you, your family and your friends.
We can do all this thanks to a grant from the Danish state for operation and development of the museum. We also receive grants and donations from generous foundations and sponsors. ARKEN is a self-governing institution with a board of trustees as the supreme authority, while Director Marie Nipper heads the day-to-day management.

In Arkitekturministeriet-AMPD we have investigated the space and potential between temporality and permanence through architecture, art and design for 17 years.

We believe in creating the building brick for the real world with a build-in reuse from creation. With a holistic cradle to cradle approach we work with: 6 bottom-lines being: Aesthetics, Climate, Health, Social, Economy & Time. Building wooden constructions as modules, elements or on-site, on screw-foundations make all our builds moveable and flexible. The whole process is 3-4 times faster than traditional builds and much more healthy and sustainable for both nature, mother earth, biodiversity and people. Temporariness is the permanence of our time

Our mission is to make this form of visual storytelling accessible and unavoidable in Denmark.

ReCraft Design Studio works with what others leave behind. Discarded materials, like fragments from demolition or leftover bits from production, are our starting point. With care, curiosity and local craftsmanship, we rethink their use and give them a new life. Every piece holds traces of its past: the place it once came from, the people who shaped it and the time it lived in between. For us, architecture is not just space, it is culture manifested in materials. Its story, its change, and its quiet beauty.
I will join the IMPACT FESTIVAL because we can only create impact together and I am looking forward to meeting people with the same drive, sharing thoughts, and celebrating the idea of doing things differently together.
